Experiential methods are powerful ways of working with people to discover information, strengths and truths that are beyond thinking and analyzing. These videos offer quick looks at a few of these methods:
- Zerka Moreno and Psychodrama in Action
Zerka Moreno, the "grandmother" of psychodrama, demonstrates psychodrama and the power of role reversal. Karen Carnabucci studied with Zerka from 1991-1997.
Catherine VanWetter gives the basic principles of Systemic Constellation Work, a profound healing method developed by Bert Hellinger.
