  • Massage

The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure and activity. Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and aims release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

  • Reiki

Reiki is a system of natural healing that provides deep relaxation and supports healing. A typical Reiki session is 45 to 60 minutes: the person receiving Reiki is lying comfortably, weariing clothes, while the practitioner gently acts as a facilitator for Reiki energies. Sometimes the hands are placed on various parts of the client's body to help channel the energy or hands are held several inches away from the client's body.  It can help reduce the effects of too much stress and anxiety on the body.
