“The Midwest Training Series has awakened
my creative spirit and pushed me to stretch myself both
professionally and personally beyond what I could have done with any
other types of training programs.” — Kathy Bandstra, “I
am already thinking of the next weekend. This training series has been a
growing experience for me.” — Eve Faes, OTR, Woodstock, Illinois “The sessions provided me with an excellent
introduction to experiential techniques not usually included in more
traditional “classroom” training. As a result of experiencing these
techniques and with an appreciation for their enormous potential, I was able
to incorporate the exercises into case studies that subsequently landed me a
job as director of design with a company that uses experiential learning in
leadership development.” — Richard Richards, Boston, Mass. “You are skillful, encouraging, insightful, organized,
and have a deep base of knowledge.” — Diane Lange,
R.N., public health nurse, Racine, Wisconsin “Karen's workshop style is a wonderful mix of relaxed
professionalism, humor and great up-to-date information. She is a true
presence in our field.” —Taylor Rockwell, Ph.D., CP, psychologist, psychodramatist and
facilitator of drumming circles, Cedarville, Illinois “I want to say how much I respect you and
what you bring to the table. ” — Kathy Amsden, LCSW, Auburn, Maine "Karen's coaching and teaching has changed
how I communicate with my clients. I approach conversation differently
because of her perspective, and I now look for the hidden
dynamics in conversation. This has increased the effectiveness of
my work and relationships with clients. I look forward to our next coaching
session.” — Felicia King, owner of Quality Plus Consulting and host of
"Breakfast Bytes" radio show, Kenosha, Wisconsin "Your interactive style engaged each person in the group
in a meaningful way. Direct service staff have been utilizing what they

which you delivered your useful message!" — Pat Kiefer, executive
director of WoMen and Children's Horizons, "Thank you for the
thoughtful and well-prepared exercise you led us through today. I thought it
